Take a look at my DIY power drawbar for the PM 940 CNC VS. I already had a Milwaukee right angle impact tool which I used for the drawbar. I can get quite a few tool changes on a single charge. There are two speeds and I only use the slow speed for now. This is my first prototype for this drawbar. It seems to be working just fine. I like it because it doesn't need an air compressor. It was fast and cheap to make. I can still use the impact tool be loosening up 2 set screws.

Do you use the driver itself to torque the drawbar? Or unnecessary with the battery powered impact performance.

Is the torque applied consistent? When I setup a butteryfly impact gun, I dialed in the valve on the gun to set the torque to around 25ft lbs. I used a torque wrench on the drawbar to verify the torque a few times before I called it good.

To little, and you might run into tool pull out depending on how hard you run your machine. To much, and you risk breaking the drawbar.

I have a M12 3/8 ratchet wrench, which I mainly use on my jaw bolts for the vise. I do not feel like it has very much torque, but its rated at 35ft lbs.
