I have lurked here for a very long time and I finally bought a machine. It is a Precision Cutting Systems Easy Loader 4x4. I bought it form a community college surplus sale. I was taking welding classes at the college so I know they were never able to get it to work. It has a Hypertherm SOHC THC which is for Oxy Acetylene and not plasma. The college could not find the manuals and the computer was sold in a different lot so I was unable to get it.

Does anyone have, or know where I might get the manuals.

Can anyone tell me if this ran Mach 3 to start. It has a PMDX-122 break out board.

Would I be better off to purchase a complete control package and just retrofitting it on the table.

Recommendations of a THC that is functional but not budget breaking.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I build furniture out of metal and wood. This is going to be used to cut the metal pieces so I can stop doing it by hand.
