i bought a 2.2kw chinese spindle, my problem is how to connect the wires from the spindle plug to spindle, there are 1,2,3,4 points for reference on the plug but not on the spindle, so how should i put the plug to the spindle??

Just find the windings with an ohmmeter. All 3 windings are identical, so you can connect them in any order. If the direction of rotation is the opposite to what you expect, swap any two wires going to the windings,

I am assuming that the 4 points or connection you are referring to on the spindle are phases U,V,W, the 4th will be the ground, which can be found by ohm meter reading to frame.
Although many Chinese spindles come with the ground connection incomplete, if so you have to remove the end cap and wire the ground connection in.

The ground conductor will then go back to the earth connection on the VFD, which should also have the service earth ground .
