FANUC 15M E-stop during ATC on Matsuura MC-1000V

Today accidentally I e-stopped the machine during a tool change. Now I have a mess. New tool is in the spindle, old tool is hanging down, and the arm looks nearly home, if not home. Dumb me, I shut the machine down and now it wants to home before anything.

    These are my current messages:
3000 Sequence time over check the next seq number, Seq 16 In motion of ATC(M06)
3001 Return to zero position each axis after power on.
3003 ATC Arm is not at home position. Return the arm to home position and set the tool number.

The manual indicates if I set "PC Paramter K11, 6 (ATCTSM) to 1" I should get #3045 ATC Trouble-Shooting Mode.

K11 read 00000001 so I changed it to 01000001 but I haven't had the ATC Trouble-Shooting Mode appear to activate. I think my power cycle created a chicken before the egg scenario. Unless of course I'm setting the wrong bit.

Any ideas how I can get this arm re-homed?

I toggled b3 of K00 to enable Zero Return Neglect, now I see the #3045 ATC Trouble-shooting Mode in messages. Unfortunately the jog feed buttons don't appear to do anything. They are suppose to move the arm in atc troubleshooting mode. Any ideas how to enable the jog?

I have it fixed. The PO had made some timing marks on the arm index plate... I lined them up and the error cleared. I'm back up and running.

Never could get the arm jog function to work. Maybe it was been due to the pocket being down? I'd be interested to know if anyone has experience jogging these arms.

I have almost the same problem, I don’t have any manual for this machine and I am getting the the error 3000 sequence time over seq 15 in motion of ATC(M06)
In the diagnostic I checked and all the input are where they must be
I don’t know how to reset this sequence! Any ideas?

Also, is it posible to have a copy of that procedure from your manual?

    Hi,

Found a pdf for a Matsuura MC-500V, maybe it works for your machine also.

Matsuura sent me scans of three manuals. The one you need is the maintenance manual. Send me a PM with your email address.
