We have some stepper motors for sale on E-Bay which would be ideal for your DIY CNC project. They are NEMA 34 400 OZ/IN motors with 1/2" dual shafts. Each motor has a 9' cable with the DB 9 connector and voltage resistor for direct plug in to the Gecko 540 drive. Each motor has a 3.5" aluminum handle with fold away grip. Combine these with the Gecko 540 drive and a free download of Mach 3 software and you can have a nice operating system with no wiring hassles.
