Hello, I have a problem with hitachi seiki VA-40, the system does not start, I start the machine, the screen indicates system not started, I start the system but the servo amplifier of the "Y" axis is alarm, the alarm is HCAL, I already did tests of conecting The U, V and W power supply and is not alarmed, could anyone help me? please

It will either be the cable is shorted out, the motor is shorted out or the main transistors of the servo went bad - what is the control and what model of servos are they?

the control is 6M and the servo drive is A06B-6047-H003, I changed the transistors and the machine worked a few months, but the last week the same problem occurred, try to change the PCB to another drive and lit the same alarm, it colud be the PCB? or something in this?

If the alarm is following then it is something in the servo. They are not too expensive so best bet is to swap the whole unit. I could be a combination of items causing it to fault
