Biesse 321 (Rover?) autotransformer voltage connection

Somebody asked me to take a look at input voltage connection on an old Biesse. The (hand written!) electrical panel label seems to suggest it's a Rover 321...? It has some crazy Iskra autotransformer (made in Slovenia) and another heavily configurable transformer marked "C.E.E. electrotec s.r.l. - IMOLA" which it appears are intended to make it "universal" input. There is a plate on the transformer which purports to show connections for anything from 190 to 610 volts. But it doesn't seem like these connections are complete for 3 phases. He has schematics which are supposedly for this machine, but they don't show any of the reconfiguration stuff, they just sort of show a generic transformer.Anyone have actual schematics, or understand the reconnection of this thing? At first he said we could contact Biesse, then he backpedaled on that idea... IDK why... cost? Thanks

Hello you should connect your input cables only.
In order to measure the output and verify that the output voltage is correct for the machine.
Check the nameplate of the machine for the voltage.
It is usually 380v so you will have the output cables on the correct Tap.
