Hello.

I tried controlling my plasma cutter today. It is wired up to the output board relay 1 on the NO side. I have tested this with the wires lose and the cutter turns on when I put the wires together.

I have set the settings to output 1. When I press the spindle(M03) button nothing happens.

I also tried changing it to relay number 2 but with the same results.

Any idea of what might be wrong?

Thank you I've been looking for that. I don't have access to my cnc now, but what you are saying is that if I'm going to use relay nr 1 on the mk3 I have to use output pin 3 for on/off on M03?

Cable between Mk3 and Output Board connects pins 3, 4 and 5 to relays, pin 6 is connected to 0-10V.

I also have a problem with output board:
Today I tried to set it up
1) I connected and configured the program (the relay worked )
2) measured the voltage (changed the program)
3) connected to inverter(I have the same inverter as in the instruction manual) does not work
4) connected to the inverter power supply 0-10v frequency changes(the inverter is set up correctly)

output board broken?
