I have decided to do investment this year , one four axis cnc router with ATC is in my plan , I used to have a chinese products , one is three axis cnc router , It works well , but the company went bankrupt 2 years ago , I have to change a new company now , I am nervous , because too many people say chinese goods sucks , But my machine is good anyway , i still plan to buy four axis cnc router from china this time
I have made choice, JINAN APEX COMPANY will be my final choice , and i decide to go to china next month.
But Now i need your guys advise , Is it a good company ?Anyone ever bought cnc router from them ? How is their machine ? They can solve your problems if machine goes wrong ?
I need your advise ,All company say they can , but i know some company can not do it , i need REAL BUYER's advise !

I am not sure which company , If It is the one that is just built last year , It is a good choice
i bought one cnc machine in 2013 with my friend's help in China , they did not do international business yet , they only
sold in China at that time
I heard they built a new company,their seller send me email several month ago , it is called Jinan Apex Machinery or somthing. They start to sell abroad .
Anyway , I have bought products a lot every year , this company behaves better than most suppliers in China
It is a hard thing to deal with chinese people in some way

Want to know if you see any unique machine in their factory , I will expand my business soon
Maybe next year I will buy cnc machine for making furniture

I did not buy 4 axis , I bought a 3 axis from them , small machine , about 5 month ago i start to contact one seller , I buy for my sons , They will use it to cut aluminum
In honest , I chose them mostly because their price is within my budget , Not very low or too high , And importantly their seller gave me a lot of help.
Anyway , My sons use it for 2 month now , It seems everything goes well , I hope one day i will go to see them and also buy a big machine next time

Sorry , I was busy , Now everything is finished , I have open LC for them last week and they promise it will be finished at the start of November .
It is really a long story ,because of my personal reason , which is very terrible experience in China .
I have been talking with ms bella , she is working in Jinan Apex , at first ,after i did some investigate , i decide to choose another supplier , because bella price is 26000$, another supplier is around 22000$
,their factories look similar , actually i visited 3 factories including jinan apex , there are no much difference , also another factory is established 2 years earlier than bella factory . there is no reason I will not buy from them. after i came back home , i open lc for another supplier , after it is finished , they suddenly tell me to add 6000$ more , the price rise from 22000$ to 28000$ , i was very shocked , if i did not finish this LC without any reason ,It will be bad to my credit in bank ,but i can not accept 6000$ more too, That is unreasonable, why should i add so much money , we have signed PI when i was in their factory .
It is nearly 2 weeks ,I kept talking and negotiating with them , but they insist to add 6000$ , or they can not produce this machine. It is really bad experience .they do not obey the rules.
Anyway ,finally I chose bella again, It really took a long time to give this order to bella , I am worried same thing will happen again , after I am totally sure bella is trustworthy , I open LC for Jinan Apex finally.

I complaint too much, about their factory , well ,it is good ,when I visited in their factory , I saw many different cnc routers. their engineer can speak a little English ,we sometimes will communicate with language and gesture. Actually , I visited 3 companies , all look similar , machines are similar. It is hard to say which one is better, but I saw more frames and half products in Bella factory. Hope this can help you. And one more suggestion , if you visit more than 2 factories , better to stay there more days ,It is really far , It takes me about 3 hours on the way to another factory .

Thanks , I did not see your message ,i kept busy those days , Yes ,their full name is Jinan Apex Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd ,I did not ask about their company history .their factory look good , if they can keep their promise and make the machine as good as they told me ,It will be great.
In November , they will finish this machine , So now I just wait
Your words give me confidence in them , I feel better ,I have gone through a terrible experience in China ,I pray bella will do the machine as I want

I bought it around 1 year ago , Until now it is running well,
I have to say , their aftersale service is great , I mean compare with other suppliers , I have bought machine from china 3 times ,this compnay really gave me good impression , it seems their seller is always online. That really help me a lot at the start.
