    Is there a cnc simulator that can be used on android or smartphones. If there is an app cnc simulator. could anyone share to me some info.

    The Machinekit UI Cetus: https://github.com/qtquickvcp/Cetus runs on Android. I know, that's not a simulator, but with a running Machinekit system (without hardware) you can use it as one.

    If you use an Android phone, you cannot miss the mod apk files specifically for applications and games available at the apkmodnew website, here. That's very wonderful!
