    er97... x.,y,z overtravel and estop

    ok, hi guys.. we run onsrud wood routers.. I have one in particular that's throwing all these alarms at once and I cant figure it out. It has something to do with whatever they all have in common. traced wires after wires cant figure it out.. any advice??



    these are the alarms

    er97 I/o link failure (ch1 g01)

    sw0100 parameter enavle switch on
    ot0506 x,y, and z + overtravel (hard)
    ot0507 x,y, and z - overtravel (hard)
    ex1029 shuttle table is not in pos
    ex1000 emergency stop is pressed

    ??? what the heck is going on???

    You may want to look at the I/O card/cards and see which one has these signals in common. inspect the fuse inside to I/O card.

    It was a fuse inside the control unit panel lol.. didn't know one was back there. I knew lights weren't working but I was getting 24v to the board.. thanks
