Differing start and end radius Fusion 360 to Path Pilot

I have been getting a path pilot warning about differing start and end radius when path pilot loads a Fusion 360 lathe project.
the simulation in fusion looks great but the path pilot preview shows some jagged lines where the disconnects are. I have posted on the fusion site but haven't found a fix.
    anyone else have this issue?
    (rapid Turn)

I tried to upload the fusion file but the site does not recognize it.
the part just has a dome shape about an inch and a half in diameter. the dome is a simple ellipse that has been revolved.

That error is typically seen when the controller expects incremental I/J values, but the CAM is producing absolute values, or vice-versa.

Differing start and end radius Fusion 360 to Path Pilot

I have seen that warning frequently, for as long as I have have used Fusion 360 (~2 years). The absolute error reported is always very small (~.0001 or less, so I usually ignore the warnings & run the program. Never had any problems, so far...

Yes, I get that alarm too.
It hasn't effected any of my part runs yet, but clearing the alarm page on Pathpilot is annoying every time I need to make a small edit.

I get it as well and ignore them without any adverse effects on my parts.

Same on this end with both mill and lathe. Is it possible to adjust the warning limits within the post processor?

That's a great question. It would be very helpful to eliminate warning messages that you don't care about, so that you won't miss the ones that you do care about.
