    Citizen L432 Problem

    I have a Citizen L432 from 1998 with a Mitsubishi meldas 500 control
    In the last couple of days the machine has alarmed out with the following
    S01 SERVO ALARM : NR 0052 S5
    EMG EMERGENCY SRV

    What to do??

    Which is the motor and encoder used for S5 axis? AL52 is related to excessive error. The problem may happen if the encoder is malfunctioning
