So I have a little time, finally, to get the screensets working for me. At some point, I talked to Cory at CNCRP and asked about the z axis offset. I did not get a response that helped me. But, when looking at the config for the CNCRP settings, the zaxis home is at 8 inches. You said you changed yours to 0 and reversed the z axis movement, but when doing that, did you have to change anything else for your gcode to postprocess corrctly for the reversal of the z axis? I use the touch plate from CNCRp, the one with corner finding. I might modify the macros for the 2010 screenset to do the same routine eventually, but I am still confused about the basic screenset setup at all and want to get it working how it is supposed to before doing any custom modifications to those macros.
So I guess my only questions are, how do I reverse the direction of the z axis and do I need to use a different post processor to generate the right gcode for this reversal?
thanks for any help
