    The absolute minimum required material is 7.25inX5inX.25in and 13in X 5.75in X .375in

The code only requires 2 and half axis machines and the clamping should be simple. I can adjust anything in the code that you need as far as axis preferred and allowing for CNC offset. Looking for quantity one for now. Just looking into the prototypes and then as soon as everything checks out I'll introduce them to the market and probably order in quantity fives.

I have a ton more work! This is just for starters. I have atleast 10 more parts ready to go, but starting small. Thanks for looking letme know if you need anything else.

Can you post an image or data file of the actual part?

I tried to upload a .rar that had more information in it but the site doesn't allow .rar uploads. These dxf's should cover it. Its just a solid model export into 2d and then some basic measurements of overall size. The reason I personally coded the file and set it up is because it runs a sheet of parts not just one. All my .375 in parts are made at once and the .250 in parts are made at once and then i programmed the tools so that you set the crib up once and they use the same databank of tools. Feel free to recode, but its no simple job, lots of tight and multilevel pockets and alot of features period. I Counted 28 distinct features in the .375 file and many of these individual features are patterned upto 8 more times. I've been coding for almost 3 years and it still took a couple hours.

If you need more info letme know.
