Hi peoples
im getting married in a couple of months & im making a couple of laser cut signs but needing a few DXF files looking for LIPS , HEART & MOUSTACHE i can get cut on a laser cutter , the ones i have
been able to get are not very good ....

Try this: First Google moustache images

Then take the chosen image and copy to https://convertio.co/jpg-dxf/

A few seconds later you get a pretty good DXF file. I have done this many times, works well.

this is a similar way i have tried, this way only gives me a silhouette im looking for stencil type.. thanks any way

Look for free clip art.

You can save them as SVG and then import into CAD.
