    Fanuc Series O-Mate M Controller CAM recommendations

    Hi All,

    I have a Bridgeport mill that has a Fanuc Series O-Mate Controller on it. I am currently using Vectric VCarve Pro v6.5 for a CNC router.

    My hope was to be able to use VCarve pro for my milling operations, but it only has two Fanuc post processors listed (Fanuc0i ATC and Fanuc16 ATC). They work "OK" but hangs up when it comes to the tool change operation. Other than the problem with the tool change not working , it adds in an M17 command which this controller does not seem to like either.

    My question is this....Is anyone using this same controller and if so what CAM software are you using that works with it?
