Hallo.
just wondering is it VHM carbide cutter - all lenght from hard metal? Or just cuttng part?

It would say "Solid Carbide" if it was. Some tools have the cabide brazed on or "Tipped".

Sorry , mu english is not perfect. I mean - cutter have 2 parts: one which is round cylinder and one it was for cutting: does both of materials "black one" half part and "silver" half are from same hard material? I supose that black darker cutting area is somehow extra coated - but does the whole cutter are basicly from one material (except thin coat if any on one half who appear black or other colour?) Thanks

That depends on the size and price of the cutter.
It is most likely that the black colour is a coating over the silver part - which may be HSS if it is really 'shiny silver' and not grey. Grey would be carbide.
