Making a hole on an angle

I want to model this part in pro/e but i can't figure out how to make a hole on a certian angle. this is how far i got in modeling it. this part is what makes the plate "wobble" and is pressed onto a bearing. you can see it in these photos.

First create a datum axis on the "front" plane and offset from the "right" plane. You will use that axis as your pivot point. Next create a datum plane through the axis and at an angle to the "front" plane. Now use that datum as your sketch plane to create the hole.
