How To Choose CNC Lathe VFD?

CNC lathe spindle in the use of variable frequency drive, the lathe VFDneed follow the four aspects of the technical requirements:
    1,Speed accuracy
Rotation fluctuation error under the spindle running stable operation. Generalfactories require rotation speed fluctuation errorwithin 3%, the good performance lathe VFD speedfluctuation error is within 5 rpm.
2, The fast acceleration / deceleration requirements: In order to improve work efficiency, requiring the lathe VFD acceleration and deceleration time is as short as possible, generally from zero speed to the maximum speed acceleration time and the maximum speed to zero speed deceleration time should be in 3 to 5 seconds.
3, Overshoot: inverter from one speed to another speed shock index, the generally, the overshoot isthe smaller the better.
4, Lowspeed heavy cutting requirements: in the processing of some of the workpiece, the lathe inverter need output large torque at low speed. Lowspeed heavy cutting is a important measure of whether the frequency converter is suitable forCNC lathe applications. Under the same cutting conditions, the lower the operating speed of the spindle, the better the low speed output torque performance is better.
we iNVOEE lathe VFD not only has the function of low speed large torque and quick start and stopbut also has spindle positioning servo function, rigid tapping and thread cutting and position interpolation function.
