    Lathes in Australia

    G'day

    Anyone know any good web-sites others than Hare and Forbes for Lathes?I'm Looking to purchase a Lathe in Australia. Required specs:

    250mm swing over bed or close to
    550mm point to point minimum
    2000rpm minimun
    Autofeeds not important as I plan to CNC
    Budget 2500aud max

    Any suggestions? Been looking at this on ebay

    Kosa, check out Chevpac machine tools, they have these lathes: http://www.chevpac.co.nz/products.aspx

    I can vouch for the Jessey Prince, used to do lots of turning on a Prince, good quality......
    Price not too bad either!
