    usb power problem

I have a new installation and I'm trying one stepper motor first. I have Mach3 on windows 10 with a usb cable going a UC100 motion controller (not Chinese) connected to an ST-V2 breakout board. I have a 15 volt power supply to the breakout board. I have all the wiring correct (triple checked) and have pins 2 and 3 selected for the x drive. I get no motor action. No voltage to the DIR or PUL when I try to jog the motor. Both lights are on, on the back of the UC100. I'm not getting 5 volts from the PC5V breakout board connection that feeds the stepper controller. Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

    Re: usb power problem

As I said on the Machsupport forum, you need to plug a USB cable into you breakout board to provide the 5V power it needs.
