Hello guys, I am fairly new to this line of work, about a year of experience. I am having a problem with my Wasino LJ-103m Lathe. I have a sub-program that I have automated and about every 5 parts my machine will freeze on a specific tool. Usually I can enter jog mode and travel the tool around returning it to its previous position, hit start and everything is fine for another 5 parts. Any thoughts on this?

I'm not familiar with this lathe, and I may be totally off base, but here goes...
It sounds like a stack overflow.
Make sure that you are returning from the sub before calling it again.
It may be that your subroutines and/or local variables are nested too deep.
Post the program code and someone will undoubtably figure it out.
