I need help gutting the Chinese 6040 controller and moving the usable parts to setup the new control box with gecko 540 controller,new power supply,shielded cables and homing switches. Here are links to the parts I bought. And will need help with the final tweaking. The job pays 200.00 for what shouldn't be more then a few hours work,PM me if interested. Thanks

Why would you retrofit a controller board if it can still be used? just a little modification to make it stable, replace wiring harness, take out the limit switches, cooling fan installation for an 8 hour fault-free operation, this is the 8 delivery on our CNC machines in the shop, business is getting bigger and bigger and some annoying deadlines on the products mass produced.
