We are building some prototypes before we go into production and need some parts made.

Please quote the following two (2) parts in qty of 1, 2, 3, and 5 pieces each.
Material: Kovar (please include material cost in quote.)
Time frame: 2-3 weeks
Note: Ignore the plating requirements.

Please ask questions and make suggestions if they could ease machining etc.

UPDATE

For those who are having trouble sourcing or pricing the Kovar (or ASTM F15), I can supply the material in 1.25" diameter rod form.

I found the best prices with Ed Fagan Inc. at Kovar, ASTM F-15, Pernifer 2918, Dilvar P1, NILO K, Controlled Expansion Alloy, Rod, Coil, Strip, Sheet, Plate from Ed Fagan Inc.
