error 1001 (EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH ON) in Fanuc series oi-MC

I have error 1001 (EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH ON) in Fanuc series oi-MC Controller.
This error came from input X8.7 which is always read as zero in the controller but it is on in the I/O Board.
I checked the cables, the I/O Board and the I/O modules but all seems OK.
I also noticed that the controller can't see some inputs X.
Could it be a parameter problem, cause I tried some parameters from other machines (same model).
    Please help, thanks.

i had the same error not long time
the easy fix is quite easy, you do not know how much i spent finding it and was a luck to find it because is not related to anything as you think.
open the operator panel and you will find Distibuted I/O card with 3 fanuc cables and the problem comes from the middle one that is loosing contact.
i opened the cover and make some electric band on it untill new cable arrived.
now machine works over 2 month with new cable.
    check the photos.
