I just received my Redsail X700 today and have some questions about input power.
The machine power data plate is marked 220V 50 Hz 10 A. That's 2200 watts as I see it. The machine came with a 110V to 220V converter rated at 1000 watts. That doesn't seem to be enough to run the machine. Has anyone else had this problem.
My second choice would be to use the 220 V 60 Hz power in the shop and connect it directly. Most of the components run off the low voltage power supply except the cooling and exhaust fans but I don't know if the 60Hz will be an issue with the power supply.
I'd like a second opinion before I hook up any power.
Any help will be appreciated.
