    iTNC530 HEIDENHAIN

    hello . my machine iTNC530 HEIDENHAIN
    when i just press on power bottom all axis give me to much vibration and the display got this message
    8650 IZT value of power module is too high
    can any one help me please

    Unfortunatelly it's major failure of control hadware.
    We had it in our iTNC and usually service would replace NC box, but our electronic guys replaced some microchips and it helped. Dunno what was it specificly.

    8650 I2T value of power module is too high <axis>

    Oscillation occurs. Mechanical problem. Too loose ball screew or bearing.

    thanks all. what i did
    1 i replace the all drivers from other machine x and y and z and power supply
    2 i check all bearing . it is OK .also i check all rollers x and y and z . it is OK
    3 i disconnect the x axis and try to run
    4 i disconnect the y axis and try to run
    5 i disconnect the z axis and try to run
    same problem . and all drivers is running good on other machine
    any one can help

    Which axis indicates the error? (8650 I2T value of power module is too high <axis>)
    Reduce the MP1510.x parameter to half! (.x=0:axis X, .x=1:axis Y, .x=2:axis Z)

    the error display with all axis
    first with x and when i press any key its indicates with y and then with z
    its appear with all axis succession
    and please try to more explain with what i can do ?

    Take all axis on motor encoder if you have than take trial and confirm...

    HI, IN MY MACHINE SUDDENLY COMING DEVICE OVERLOADED NOT A SUCH PROPER ALARM AND THAN I CHECKED HELP ITS 24960 ALARM SHOWING CHECK FAN BUT ALL FANS WORKING FINE..
    CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHATS A ISSUE?
