Hello,

I have attached a video showing my problem, but for those who can't see it, I will describe my issue.

Let's say I have my laser head out in the middle of my machine and the machine is on, but the lid is open. If it were working properly, when I close the lid the laser head would move all the way to the left, then to the top. This is not occurring, instead it is moving all the way to the left, then down a little bit... then down again a little bit.

It was working just fine, then this started. Any ideas?

Have you powered the machine off and on and checked the axis origin again?

I've got one exactly the same but the problem is on the other axis
aint got a clue is it stepper motor stepper driver or motherboard dont know

Do you have an option for a 4th ax? On my laser you have to switch on a button to make that work. If you don’t switch it off, the y-ax doesn’t home!

Hi everyone,

Yes, I have turned it on and off many times. This model has an option for 4th axis, but it hasn't been turned on. Also, it was working fine, then starting doing this on it's own, quite randomly.
