    haas tsc 1000 no presure

    Hello

my pump tsc 1000 have no presure -the pump says/gauge less than -3 bars. I changed the direction of rotation of the pump, the power of the pump is still the same below -1. the tsc 1000 pressure is equal to the ordinary pump through the spindle same. The filter is new the colant is ok clean. But before that I did not use the pump for half a year.

    what can be wrong ?

I would suspect a clog somewhere.
Check first that the pump is indeed pumping. Remove the output line and use something with clear hose into a container. From there if okay, proceed to check each segment of coolant line. Both before and after the filter.

The big bag filter is suck through, not blow. In case you didnt know. The gage being in Hg and negative numbers is the give away. The 45 psi listed is what the vessel would withstand if subjected to pressure. Not what it normally sees.

    SO.
Make sure you prime the pump by filling your bag. Wink Wink.

I checked all the bumps all ok ... now I am interested in the power of the pump - it is possible that the electric motor works in two phases. that one phase is wrong or not. -my electrician tied up wrong
