You have 2 large orange doors, Open the door on the left. You will see yellow fanuc rack. Next to the rack 2 black amplifiers they have chrome handle around them. One of them will have red alarm. Left Amp controls ram position valve, right Amp controls high low pressure valve. Only way to clear alarm is to turn control off/on. After reboot will alarm come on instantly? Only after you punch? Any loud vibration noise from the top of the ram? Goto very top of machine remove covers. Check for broken wire on both servo valves. Send me more details.

sir,

Servo valve abnormal noise occcured when tool change switch turning on
i cant find any broken wires

You can see the LSVAMP1 red LED is on. That is bad. The part number is on the right side. You need to remove LSVAMP2 in order to see part number. This LSVAMP1 is used for ram position, It controls the taller servo valve.

It is possible cable or tall valve are bad. It is most likely 1 of 3. If you turn on machine and ram vibrates for few seconds until amp alarms than it is prob valve. I may have AMP if you need.
