All settings are set according to the manual. The problem is with the PCI driver.
Win7 Ultimate 64
Darkoford,
Sorry you are having problems. I have run on Win7 Ult x64 with no problems, and my 6040 is currently running on Win 10 Pro.
Only suggestion I have would be to try a different computer. My .dll is for the red board at the beginning of this thread.
The blue board, I am not familiar with. This thread should be specifically for the BITSENSOR BSMCEO4U-PP USB BOB,
which is the board in my 6040 which looks like this:
Beyond that, someone else will have to help.
The PCI issue appears to be a missing OEM driver from the computer mfg.

Thanks Christian
I tried with 6 different computers and one laptop. With this configuration, it works but occasionally loses USB or freezes.
My 6040 with USB uses the same RNR dll, I did have issues at first with loosing the USB randomly, then switched the USB cable to a heavy shielded one, never had a hiccup since.

I also tried with USB cable to a heavy shielded (as in the amazon link) but the same problems.
USB Chip STM32F103.
and installed his driver. In Device Manager, I deleted the PCI driver.
Now he works much better but he is not good yet.
Darkoford,
Your PC is in the same enclosure as all of your electronics? Did a Electrical type person build it?
I suspect Electrical Noise may be a big part of your problem.
Some VFD's produce alot of electrical noise, some not so much. I depends.
I would have thought it best to have your PC in its own case.
Sometimes a single common earth point is needed, and is good practice anyway.
Also screened cables help alot as well.
USB is quite prone to electrical noise and some laptops tend to have less robust USB systems.
Sterob,
I'm well known for electric noise but this is not the first machine I'm working on, but the first is this BOB model.
I tried a few computers that were only connected to a USB cable and everything was the same.
For four years almost everything works the same for me. 10 hours a day. (X-12m, Y-3m)

Ok, thats not the issue.
Sorry to distract from the real issue.
As you were....lol

Every suggestion is good.
*The STM32F103 chip uses Arduino and no problems. Software, BOB driver is a problem.
Hello, can you share the files im having the same problem
Hello, sounds like i'm having the same problem with my 6040 you had with yours, can you share the info i need to set up march3
The error is in the software. You need to contact the BOB dealer to send you the original driver (RnRMotion.dll). So I solved the problem.
The machine was sold so I don't have any more RnR.
if anyone is looking for usb drivers I think this is it
