rfq: 1 1/4" threads on inside of round tube

Looking for quote on taping 1 1/4" standard threads on the inside of 1 1/2" dia DOM tube with a 3/16" wall. The internal dia of the tube should be approx 1/64" larger than the required size for the tap (no boring required) length of tube is approx 7.5" to 18.5" long pieces. Looking for mainly the price on the taping operations (I can supply tube or we can figure that later) QTY is 200 pieces at a time. We need these on a regular basis and would order 200 pieces at a time. We can also pay for the tap if needed. I think a power taping operation would be ideal. Please email [email protected] with quotes. Thanks!

What type of material is the tubing? carbon steel, stainless, tool steel?

please respond thru my e-mail off my profile if thats OK with you.

    thanks
