    correct trans fluid

i believe about 8 months ago, our on sight maintenance filled the gear box for our 1995 VF-6 with DTE-125. now the machine is alarming 179 low pressure TR. the fluid was topped off and we are still getting the alarm. for a good while you could "reset" the machine and the alarm would go out and be fine. now the machine wont run. could this be from filling the gear box with the DTE-125 instead of SHC 627?
my memory says he put in the DTE but i could wrong. what would be the result if he did, nothing would happen, the alarm like we are getting, or worse???

DTE 25 is an AW46 type oil. I cant find data on DTE125

SHC627 is a 100 weight high performance synthetic gear oil

ALOT of other brand machines run AW32 in the gearbox.I would guess you have a switch failure.

yes, my mistake it is 25 not 125. the mechanic bypassed the switch to get the machine back up and running.

    thank you for the reply.
