autocad is a cad program only.
There are some little addins I have seen in the years that will write simple paths inside autocad.

Ger21 has written a CAM module of some sort that works from within Autocad.
I have not tried it.

OPEN MINDs hyperMILL is integrated in Autocad 2000~2006. Applications and modules range from 2.5D through 5x milling.

I use AutoCad and export the drawing as a DXF file which my Dolphin CAM program can handle.. seems to work fine.
Incidently, on AutoCad, it's under the "Save As" button, not under "Export"... took me a while to suss this lol.
I love deadlines- I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

I ask you that coz I got interested to know how I can do this.
