I need 50 of these plates to start with as soon as possible. I should be needing more of these and a couple of different variations soon after. If possible I would like them in a black finish, but I can get them finished locally if it would be too much of a delay. This is a finished part, so I need smooth edges.

5.15 x .250 in 6061 Aluminum Plate


.35 in holes and slots

Holes need countersink to .60 in wide.

No rough edges (give me options)

50 parts with more to follow

Black finish preferred.

Quote raw & black finish if possible.

What type of black finish are you referring to? What kind of tolerances do you require?

I’m looking at either a gloss black powder coat or a black anodized finish. I’m open to suggestions.

Im thinking +/- .005. Its a pretty basic bracket to bolt two parts together.
