Hi. I have finally got my new Roctech1325S ATC in the shop and wired up, but when I fire it up I get a number of error codes displaying in the Syntec controller.
These are;

MLC 79 (R44.14) Low air preasure
MLC 79 (R44.14) AAxis Regenerative Overload

DRV_Yaskawa 910H AAxis Overload
DRV_Yaskawa 910H YAxis Overload
DRV_Yaskawa 920H AAxis Regenerative Overload
Motion 8 AAxis Loss Pulse

The machine homes often without any errors except the low air preasure, which is always on, and it is getting the 90 PSI its supposed to need, so not sure whats going on there. But the rest of the errors pop up within a few minutes of moving the axes around. I am flogging the interweb for answers but its a can of worms.

If anyone here can shed some light it'd be mighty appreciated!

I have the same problem when I try to start it.. Did you find the problem?

I didn't myself, but i found someone who understands this stuff and he fixed it, for the most part anyway. As far as i can figure, he increased the tolerance for errors so the alarms wern't always tripping. Xid this in the parameters. I still sometimes get a lost pulse alarm or a y axis alarm, so i may get him back to poke.
Good thing theres people out there that are smarter than me!
Now i just have to figure how to network this thing.

Ok, thanks for the info. I checked my y motors on the y axel and there is only one side that is working. Swished the motors and the cables and there was no problem with motors or the cables. It seems that of the servopack doesn't give any power to the motor. Maybe a programming thing. Do you know where to program the motors signals in syntec?

Got the answer from roctech and it solved my problem.
This is what I got.
"HelloThis should be the Z axis.
Press MPG, put the hand wheel pointer on the Z axis, press the F3 button above the emergency stop button,
shake the handwheel, and move the axial direction of the Z in the direction of negative direction.
When you move 100 millimeters, release your hand and see what the alarm is."

then I restarted syntec and it homed without any alarms.

I have the same problem with my Roctech router:

Motion 8 AAxis Loss Pulse

I belive there is something wrong with the the Y-axis motors. I don´t even know if the A-axis is working properly.
When homing the Y-axis it can differ 10mm from time to time when I start it.

Anyone got any solution?
