Teknic IPC-5 Power Supply - Fan mounting

I've got a 80mm fan that I'd like to attach to my Teknic IPC-5 power supply.

They recommend non-conductive hardware. How have other attached a fan???

Just in case anyone ever comes across this thread, this is what I used to attach the fan to the power supply. Purchased off Amazon.

Interesing that they would suggest non conductive hardware. Normal electrical safetydemands that metal parts be boded together to keep everything grounded. Strange to say the least.

The fan body itself is plastic, likely the reason.
