    RFQ: 4 parts, 7075 Aluminum CNC, QTY 100/100/50/50

    Looking for a 7 business day turnaround. There are 4 parts total, 2 sets.

    Header (100)
    Pin (100)

    Single Header (50)
    Single Pin (50)

    Material is 7075 Aluminum.

    Each pin fits into the associated header.

    The top hole in each Header shall be M10x1.5 Helicoil.

    Designs are metric.

    Thanks!

    Finish should be beadblasted.

    150 each now, 2 parts vs 4.

    Update:

    Client changed specs on me slightly, so the two sets have been consolidated into one, dubbed 'hybrid'.

    Quantity is now 150 each of block and pin.

    I relaxed some tolerances and added chamfers to each machining.

    PDF and Updated IGS files attached.
