Question Unfit Pulse Of Pulse Coder Alarm

    Hey guys,

came in today and started my fanuc lathe and was greeted with a SV 019 Unfit pulse of pulse coder alarm on all 3 axis (X,Z,C). I have never seen this before, hell I dont even know what a pulse coder is. Any help would be appreciated.

You dont mention what control? The encoders are on the end of the motors, it is highly unlikly that you have three failures, so it is something that is common to all.
With a 10 for example, the fault is a defective PCB (board).

Yeah, it is a 10. However the alarms were able to be reset. I was just making sure there isn't something I should be doing or if maybe it was a fluke.
