Teflon / coated aluminum linear guides

Has anybody tried Teflon coated plain linear bearing with ceramic coated aluminum guideway?

I have an RFQ in with my local PBC office, I don't have a clue what they will cost, but with an aluminum guideway they might be more affordable?

    PBC calls their version Freelon.

    Thanks in advance.

Advice from a large vendor of such things: OK for materials handling, no use for CNC.
