I'm having a problem with my Murata Wiedeman Magnum 5000.
The JOG MODE of the X +, X-, Y +, Y-, T +, T- machine work as normal.
But I can not ZERO SET to put the machine back to its original position.
When I press ZERO SET, on the screen immediately announce ALARM 1103.
I do not have any documentation on this error.
I am sure the oil pump and compressor are working.

This alarm is a manufacturer alarm that has no message. It's unfortunate, but also fairly common. If you are experiencing this alarm, you need to look at the PMC maintenance screen to find which alarm bit is active. Typically, a ladder programmer would call alarm 1103 alarm bit A10.3, but that's not always the case. Once you know the alarm bit, you can find it in the ladder and find out what's causing it.

if 1103 alm massage is " w.h lock ps off" ( fanuc 00-p or 16p ) :
1. You have to check the lock of workholder lever.
2. you have to check air pressure switch of workholder detect.
