Okuma 600 MA tool change issue

Does anyone know how to re-insert the device that moves the tool change arm in and out during the tool change? Ours has become has somehow become disengaged and I'm not seeing how to re-engage it into the arm. The device moves in and out and the arm rotates as it should but the arm is stuck out because the center ring has pulled free. Our parts book give a bare bones parts breakdown and nothing else. This isn't any detail on what is supposed to hold that center ring in place for the in/out movement. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Our Okuma service center in Ontario Canada is over booked and do not have any reps available to even speak to. Anything would be helpful. Thanks.

Do you have any pics of what has come loose? Your description of "device" doesn't clarify what you mean and the "ring" doesn't move the arm in and out so your description is rather confusing.

    Best regards,
Experience is what you get just after you needed it.
