Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your help.
I bought an 80w co2 laser machine last week from this ebay vendor https://www.ebay.it/usr/iddmart2011

Today I was able to put the laser machine into operation, but I had serious problems with its operation. During the first attempts to turn the machine on, the display show the phrase "Connecting to controllet" but it remained blocked for a few minutes before starting. Then I tried to start a laser processing and it happened that after a few seconds of laser operation, the processing was interrupted and a reset was made and then asked if I wanted to resume processing. This problem gradually became more frequent, in fact the machine did not work for more than 2/3 seconds and then made a reset. At the moment I can not even start a process because it locks continuously showing the screen of resetting on the display. In this link you can see screenshot and a small video demo.

I deactivated all (red point, laser powe supply, air, ecc.) leaving only the controller active and the step motors but also in this case the machine don't work.
What do you think?

What does the seller say. I have had good luck with my seller and any problems most don't want bad feed back so they do try to help.

Check grounding (earth) wiring on machine, especially unscrew and check grounding connector. They sometime do NOT connect properly grounding wire to machine body. This can cause unpredictable actions like this.
