After-Sale Service in Singapore, for 6090 Desktop CNC Router

In late January, our English after-sales engineer Gary was invited to Singapore for cnc router machine training.
Singapore is a very beautiful and comfortable city. Gary had taken many photos, but this is not a travel thread, I wouldn’t share these photos ；)



The customer’s factory is mainly used for signage making. Commonly used materials include: ABS Sheet, aluminum, brass, iron, PVC, and so on.
Our 6090 Desktop CNC Router is placed next to a shelf, which uses the MACH3 control system, and 1.5kw Chinese brand water-cooled spindle.


CNC Router Machine’s drawing and operation training was going well, and a happy ending.

After-Sale Service in Cyprus
Recently, one of our engineers was invited to Cyprus to provide after-sales services.We have to admit that the scene of Cyprus is so beautiful.
He lives in Cyprus and he has owned his own factory for many years. He is looking for a suitable CNC Router Machine to improve the working efficiency. With this main reason, he chose to make contact with us. After knowing his requirements, we prepared several configurations for him to consider and choose.
In the end, he was particularly interested in our ATC Machines and decided to introduce a set of 2060 ATC CNC Router from our company. He is not familiar with machine’ installation, operation and some other items.
Therefore, we promised that we are willing to provide technical service after he received his customized machine.

After receiving machine, he can’t wait to calling and sending the invitation to us. So we booked the earliest flight to Cyprus and arranged Gary to there.He is one of our engineers who responsible for providing after-sale service.
We arranged him for flight to Cyprus on receiving the invitation of our customers.On the one hand, all of our engineers can speak English very well. We can ensure that there is no communication barrier between our customers and our engineers.
Of course, Gary ‘s English is very well.
In that circumstance, the customer asked lots of questions, and he explained and answered one by one.
Gary knows every piece of machine and software. Honestly speaking, each engineer can do that like Gary. The reason is that we ask our engineers to join training and learning continually. Only in that way, can they have the ability to provide services as much as possible.
