    DNM6700 problem

    Hey,

Today on the Doosan I over traveled in X running a G84 cycle and of course got a 500 error alarm.
Not usually a problem any other time just move back the axis and hit reset, it happens.

So now the problem is the controller Fanuc 0I-MC is flashing the tap retraction button and with the error I can't move the axis back a little to clear the alarm.
Nor can I type anything into MDI Because I can't clear the 500 error!

It wasn't tapping at the time just moving to the next hole.
It does this if ya hit reset mid tapping cycle even if its not tapping at the time. Normally pressing the tap retract button it does its thing and all is good.

On my Robodrill over travel alarms are cleared just by pressing reset, not having to move the axis back like the Doosan? Anyone know why? Parameter?

Just the two problems together are causing me the problem.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    Cheers

Press and hold the jog button. The flashing tap retract should go away. Then press and hold the blue overtravel release and SLOWLY wheel the table away.
