I am having an issue with setting tool length table while using the Utility. I'm thinking it is some sort of glitch....? I can run the utility for the first tool but on the second tool, after I jog to my locate point, then hit MANUAL, the controller goes to the MDI screen. I have to start the Utility over starting with the second tool....because it's offset was not collected. Also, it looks like it is loading the previous file I ran vs continuing the Utility.

Suggestions?

When you start do you put too 1 to tool 10 or whichever?

Yes. It gets halfway through the second tool and goes to the MDI page. It stops at the same location each cycle through the utility. I jog to my gauge block, hit the MANUAL button and then it goes to the MDI page.

Strange I don’t really have an answer you could try the classic reseat all the cards and the zero memory procedure but I have no clue if that will help you out.
