Bridgeport cheap ballnut in the factory yoke

I’m hobbyist and I need your support to convert a Brideport into a CNC milling at the lower cost possible.
First, I have to remove the backlash. Can I remove the old factory screw and replace it with cheap china ballnut?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

You might have to replace the yoke to accommodate the diameter of the new nut. As I recall the housing for the original nut is a bit small for a ball nut.
