    Doosan MV3016LD w/Fanuc OiM

    Greetings Doosan-homies,

We have a 2007 Doosan MV3016 w/Fanuc Oi control. We purchased the machine on the used market and it came with only the Fanuc manuals. (No machine documentation.) Manuals have been ordered but have a long lead time.

So last night we had our first alarm occurrence: ALARM 2080: ATC INTERLOCK ALARM Of course, without documentation it is very difficult to determine the cause and resolution for the alarm.

Does anyone have info on this alarm and an ATC RECOVERY PROCEDURE they can provide? Currently the ATC carousel is at the spindle.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Mr, Brown,

    Check your email.

At 0738 you requested it from me. I did not have a chance to start as, arriving at work I found that Edward Messina, my coworker at Doosan Machine Tools America has sent you the file you are requesting here.

If we can be of further assistance, it is still faster to reach us through our Doosan numbers and email addresses.
Mine are all contained withing my signature block at the bottom of every post I have.

    Thanks, Darryl !

Yeah, Eddie Messina was a big help. The procedure was not quite accurate for our 0iM control but I was able to figure it out.

    Ordered a machine manual today.

Doosan service is the best !

For additional information: Every set of machine manuals has an ATC recovery procedure within them.
It will be the correct procedure for the specific machine.
If no tools are used, it is likely to be in the Operations Manual.
If tools are needed, it is in the Instruction Manual.
(Either way, you can use the Table of Contents to locate it quickly)

I realize that by buying used you did not get the manuals that came with a new machine.
This info is posted here to inform people who have the manuals but don't realize that they should read them...(there are a few helpful things within those pages)
