    Post problem with axis

    Dear friends i have problem with Weihong NK105

    in 3d machining the Z axis after some steps comes up and some time in the X,Y do shift thank you in advance of your answer

    You're losing steps. Try reducing your acceleration value by half and see if things improve.

    It is better to use AC servo motor and driver, which will be more accurate, the cost are not so big different.

    Hello, friend,

    Is your machine working with stepper motor? We also met same problem before. Did this happen after the machine working for very long time?
    If so, this is not the problem of the NK105.
